Manjunatha KG, is a veteran with 30 years of experience in technology and product management. He has had a strong management career providing leadership and building client value in the Enterprise IS, Software Products, Internet and e-commerce areas. He brings together entrepreneurial drive and vision with exceptional technology know-how to launch new products, build new competencies and penetrate lucrative market niches. Equipped with his vast experience of serving various industries with superior Digital Marketing technology development, he founded Kenscio in 2010. Under his leadership, Kenscio has built several innovative products and services which have won multiple marketing awards (including two consecutive awards for Best Innovation by Direct Marketing Association of India-DMAi, and Best Email Marketing Campaign award at 9th India Digital Summit, 2015 conferred by Internet & Mobile Association of India, IAMAI). A rank holder in BE Electronics from Bangalore university, Manjunatha has done his M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Madras and a one year senior management program from IIM Kolkata.
K Vaitheeswaran, also known as the “father of e-commerce in India” is a serial retail entrepreneur and an internet industry veteran who pioneered the e-commerce industry in India when he co-founded India’s first internet retail company Fabmart.com (later rebranded Indiaplaza.com) in 1999. In 2001 he co-founded Fabmall – India’s first integrated offline and online retail company. While Fabmall.com was the leading Indian internet retailer, the Fabmall chain of grocery stores went on to become a leading brand in the Indian organized retail industry and was subsequently acquired by the Aditya Birla Group and later re-branded as the More chain of stores. K Vaitheeswaran has advised global brands like Deloitte, Diageo and the Tata group in their digital, retail and e-commerce initiatives. He is well known in the Indian startup scene and invests into, mentors and advises several technology and consumer start-ups. K Vaitheeswaran is a regular speaker on entrepreneurship, retail, internet, e-commerce, digital and consumer marketing related subjects at various industry forums and leading educational institutes including the IITs, IIMs across India. He writes columns on key issues concerning startups and entrepreneurship. He served on the CII National Committee for Marketing for the period 2012-13, is a charter member of TiE Bangalore, a committee member of the retail group at TiE Bangalore and served on the e-commerce committees of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), IAMAI (Internet & Mobile association of India) and the RAI (Retail association of India). He is also a resource member of the NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network). Vaitheeswaran is also a passionate supporter for #Net Neutrality and #Savetheinternet. Vittal can bring in a ‘out of the box’ ideas to help your business in defining/modifying processes that helps you to stay competitive. He has a deep understanding of IT outsourcing and offshoring business in addition to the product business. His stints in P&L management roles during the Corporate working days gives him the additional advantage of bringing in the aspects of profitability and operational excellence in to his projects.
A great people manager, Srinath is a senior sales & marketing professional with 30+ years of experience. He has broad exposure to sales, marketing, strategy and global alliances in the IT products and services business. Playing varied roles for over three decades, including business development, vendor management, P&L ownership, international software sales and marketing, Srinath held leadership positions in several startups and renowned MNCs. His passion for client success drives him to achieve the additional advantage of profitability and operational excellence in his projects. An avid sports follower, Srinath also loves to play golf, tennis and badminton. He is an out-of-the-box thinker and an aspiring natural farmer with the ambition to grow the best Agri produce in the most natural way possible. His mission is to encourage farmers to move into natural farming methods and get higher prices for their produce.
Hemal heads the Mumbai office as the Director – Data Services. He brings 15 Years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, Database Marketing, Direct Marketing, Letter Shop Management, etc. which evolved into Digital Direct. He has worked with organizations such as JWT, Rapp India & Jasubhai Digital Media, building highly effective Digital interventions with an objective of Retention and Engagement. Conceived, Implement and Executed various Customer Loyalty Programs for brands including MotilalOswal, Fedex, Exide, HPCL, Pantaloons etc. Under his leadership, Kenscio has built several innovative products and services which have won multiple marketing awards (including two consecutive awards for Best Innovation by Direct Marketing Association of India-DMAi, and Best Email Marketing Campaign award at 9th India Digital Summit, 2015 conferred by Internet & Mobile Association of India, IAMAI). At Kenscio, Hemal enables clients to make better, data-driven decisions and helps them make the most out of their Digital Direct Marketing efforts.
Subhash, is a CISO and General Manager, has over 15 years of experience in IT domain including Information Security, Customer Service and Team Management. 8+ years working in the USA with consistent progress spanning in-house and consulting roles for different start-ups and industry leaders Freddie Mac, ShareStream, Georgetown University and Human Interface. With hands-on experience reviewing designs and managing internal and external systems development and deployment teams achieved aggressive project goals and deadlines. Built proof of concepts (POC), wireframes, user stories and requirements for new products and retire existing products. He has a MS degree from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.
